Will Wachovia allow PMI deletions, Partial Releases, Modifications, Curtailment Re-amortizations, Assumptions, or NY Assignments?

Wachovia considers each transaction request on a loan level basis. If we are able to assist the borrower without jeopardizing the position of the Investor, we will probably allow the transaction. Sometimes this takes a little extra time and some creativity, but we always make an effort to assist the borrower. We have a written procedure/requirement for each of the transactions that we will fax or email upon request.
