Treasury Solutions in Canada

• Deposit Accounts
  Available in U.S. and Canadian Dollars, deposit accounts are ideal for companies that have accounts receivables in Canada.  The accounts can be used to support all critical payables and disbursement activities, including lockbox, concentration services, check disbursements, or EFT payments to suppliers and employees
• Wholesale  Lockbox
  Designed to optimize your collection of Canadian Dollar and U.S. Dollar receivables throughout Canada, and supported by processing sites in Halifax, Montreal, Toronto, Winnipeg, Calgary and Vancouver. Receipt information can be captured electronically, allowing for integration into your company's accounts receivable system.  Images of processed checks and receipts can also be captured and delivered via the Internet and/or CD ROM
• Concentration Deposit Receivables Accounts
  Low cost alternative for those companies which need to collect only a small volume of payments per month (less than 30 transactions).  Deposits can be made with our Partner Bank's extensive branch network or via mail, and are processed for immediate credit to your account
• Disbursements and Integrated Payables
  The DirectCheque (DCH) services provides a fully automated check processing and reconciliation service.  The service is available for checks issued in Canadian and U.S. Dollars, and allows users to select from various reconciliation options and Positive Pay capabilities.  Optional online access provides check status inquiries, stop payments, images of all paid checks, together with other administrative options.
• Global Information Reporting
  Wachovia offers multiple information reporting options that enable your company to access centralized and detailed Canadian and U.S. Dollar transaction and balance information.
• Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
  EFT is the Canadian equivalent of the U.S. Automated Clearing House (ACH) service. EFT is a low-cost, effective method for paying Canadian and U.S. Dollars to employees and suppliers and for receiving payments from your customers via pre-authorized debits (PAD). EFT payments can be sent from any of your Canadian accounts to accounts at any Canadian Financial Institutions. EFT payments can be created in ACH file format - our Partner Bank will arrange the conversion to Canadian standards.

Treasury Solutions in Mexico

• Demand Deposit Accounts (DDA)
  These accounts are available in either U.S. Dollar or Mexican Peso-denominated funds for collection and disbursement transactions.
• Immediate Concentration of Funds Service (Concentracion Immediata Empresarial - CIE)
  This over-the-counter deposit service provides check and cash receipts in U.S. Dollars or Mexican Pesos. Deposit slips are used for individually deposited items to provide accounts receivable information. Information on your deposits is made available via Wachovia Connection
• Tax Payments,
  Allows you to quickly and easily meet your Mexican tax payment obligations by using our Partner Bank's online system.
• Funds Transfers
  Use Wachovia Connection to initiate book transfers, pay local vendors or individuals or to repatriate funds to your Wachovia accounts in the U.S.
• Global Information Reporting
  Wachovia offers multiple information reporting options that enable your company to access detailed Mexican Peso and U.S. Dollar transaction information.
